Product Description
This Zhenyu SQD series water-cooled spindle motor is widely used for CNC engraving, wood routing, stone cutting, ceramic processing. Adopts circulating water cooling system for stable temperature and continuous long-hour operation. Rated speed up to 24000RPM, 400Hz frequency, P4 grade precision bearings, low runout ≤2μm, delivers smooth cutting, high precision and low noise. Multiple power options: 800W,1.5KW,2.2KW; Voltage optional: AC220V / AC380V. ER11/ER16/ER20 collet for different cutting tools, clamping range from 1mm to13mm. Different body length & diameter versions for wood, stone, ceramic material cutting. Comes with 1 year warranty. Wiring: U/V/W 3 lines connect to VFD, 4th wire for ground. VFD is required to drive this spindle motor.

Q1: What is the cooling method of this spindle motor?
A: It adopts water circulation cooling. You need to prepare water pump and water tank for continuous water circulation during working to keep temperature stable.
Q2: Do I need a VFD inverter to run this spindle?
A: Yes, a matching VFD variable frequency drive is mandatory. The spindle cannot work directly connected to mains power. U/V/W terminals connect to VFD output, the 4th wire is ground wire.
Q3: What’s the maximum speed?
A: Rated speed 24000 RPM at 400Hz frequency. Speed can be adjusted by VFD.
Q4: What materials can this spindle process?
A: Multiple versions available for wood, plywood, MDF, solid wood, stone, marble, ceramic carving & milling. Please select the corresponding model.
