This 80GHz FMCW radar level transmitter adopts high-frequency 76~81GHz radar wave, featuring ultra-strong penetration to resist heavy dust, sewage foam, stirring turbulence, steam oil contamination and harsh industrial interference. It achieves ??1mm ultra-high measuring accuracy with measuring range up to 120 meters.
Multiple installation structures are optional: thread, universal swivel air purge flange, high-temperature anti-corrosion flange, sanitary tri-clamp and double-chamber flange, adapting to liquid, solid powder, block materials, corrosive chemicals and ultra-high temperature working conditions.
Standard output is 4-20mA+HART protocol, RS485 Modbus communication is customizable, supports 2-wire/4-wire system. Equipped with LCD local display and operation keys, IP67 waterproof & Ex d ia IIC T6 explosion-proof grade, widely applied in chemical plants, sewage treatment, cement silos, grain warehouses, boilers and reservoir water level monitoring.
