Wiring & Control Notes
- The actuator is controlled by reversing the polarity of the two main power wires (positive/negative).
- Adding a forward/reverse switch or controller (wired/wireless) allows convenient control of extension/retraction.
- Hall encoder feedback (optional) enables multi-actuator synchronous operation for coordinated movement.
Important Usage & Safety Notes
- Duty Cycle: Do not operate continuously beyond the 20% duty cycle (2 minutes on / 8 minutes off) to prevent motor overheating.
- Water Resistance: The actuator is rated IP54, not fully waterproof. Do not use in high-moisture or submerged environments (water damage is not covered under warranty).
- Speed-Thrust Tradeoff: Faster speeds result in lower thrust, while slower speeds provide higher thrust. Choose the right combination for your application.
- Mounting Brackets: Mounting brackets are sold separately. Please contact customer service if you need them.
- Stroke Fixed: The stroke length is pre-set at the factory and cannot be adjusted by the user.
